Eye Feast - Maru

MARU is Japanese for circle, so I’ve selected 22 round plates, plating various food in a multitude of shapes that fit harmoniously on a round plate. No recipes. Just food porn. All these dishes were prepared in a woefully basic kitchen, without any equipment more specialised than a cheap stick blender. I hope these plates inspire you to experiment and create with your own meals, to express yourself through food, and experience the pleasure of sitting down to a delightful plate.
